Lead Investigators Gary Lawson & Cornelious Monroe Featured During Interview Joliet – Illinois State Police Zone 3 investigators will be featured during an exclusive interview with NBC5 Anchor/Reporter Rob Stafford on Thursday, November 8, at 10:00 p.m. Zone 3 Special Agent Cornelious Monroe and Sergeant Gary Lawson, were approached by Stafford for their outstanding work on the Christopher Vaughn murder case. Since June 2007, the Vaughn murder investigation has been one of Zone 3’s top priorities.
