    (Public Act 94-389), became effective January 1, 2006. One of the requirements of this Act is that the issuing consulate must file with the Department of State Police a copy of the issuing consulate’s consular identification document and a certification of the procedures that are used to satisfy the requirements of paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Act. The ISP Governmental Affairs Office will serve as the contact for filing the above-mentioned documents. The Governmental Affairs Office can be reached at the phone number listed above.
