The Illinois State Police, Bureau of Identification serves as the state central
repository for all criminal history information. To assist agencies in meeting
their statutory reporting requirements under Illinois Compiled Statute 20 ILCS
2630/5, the Bureau of Identification is providing a downloadable file of the
statute database. This file contains all reportable ILCS Statutes, corresponding
class of offense and an adult/juvenile reportable indicator flag. This file
will be updated quarterly as legislative changes are made.
