On Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at approximately 10:40 p.m., Thomas D. Moore, an O'Fallon, IL resident, was found shot to death in the roadway in the 5700 Block of Portland Place in Washington Park, IL. Two black males were observed fleeing the scene in Moore's vehicle, which was found burned a short time later in Washington Park.
