Missing from the Southern Area of Chicago. Mr. Kimble has a mental disability and is in need of his medication. Kimble is easily recognized due to his size, his chipped front tooth, a pierced left ear, and a football tattoo on his upper left arm that has the letters "CK" inside of it. Kimble may not know how to return home, or even where his home is as he disappeared without any identification.
